Freedive Wellness is coaching system designed for high-performing individuals who have realized their self in their professional domains but not in their relationships with themself and others.
Why Freedive?
Most therapists fundamentally don't understand behavioral systems and how change happens, only working with the conscious mind that is easily overpowered by unconscious patterns.
At Freedive Wellness, we use an integrated approach that focuses on aligning both the conscious and unconscious behavioral systems with patterns that feel better, allowing both awareness and actual change to happen.
How does it happen?
The pain we want to work through comes from the ways we aren't being ourselves. The blocks that prevent us from being ourselves are patterns learned in childhood. These blocks live in the body-unconscious system. It's really hard to remove these blocks just by talking. It's easier with other modalities that access the unconscious. Once we release then, we can then build and reinforce the patterns that bring in more peace, love, and joy into our lives.
